About Me

I haven't always had it figured out.

Growing up, sports kept me active and fit, and I carried that into early adulthood. But after my time in the military, life got complicated — work piled up, family came first, and somewhere along the way my health fell to the bottom of the list. I went through years of cycles: getting into great shape, then letting it go, gaining weight, feeling uncomfortable in my own skin, and not recognizing the person looking back at me in the mirror. It's not a great feeling, and if you've been there, you know exactly what I mean.

What eventually pulled me out wasn't a magic program or some overnight transformation. It was years of exploring — powerlifting, bodybuilding, rock climbing, running (including a 3:30 marathon I'm still proud of), and diving deep into nutrition and how food actually affects the way you feel and perform. Through all of that, I stopped chasing extremes and started building something sustainable. That shift changed everything for me.

I became a massage therapist because I wanted to help people feel better in their bodies, and that work taught me something important — you can't separate how you move from how you recover, how you eat, or how much stress you're carrying. Health isn't one thing. It's everything working together. That's what led me to start Foundation Performance Co. — a place where strength, nutrition, and recovery are treated as one system, not three separate problems.

I work with people who feel stuck, who've tried things before and haven't been able to make them last, and who are ready to do the work with someone who actually gets it. I'm not here to hand you a generic plan and send you on your way. I'm here to help you build something real — a foundation that holds up when life gets hard, because I know firsthand that it will.

If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to talk
